Miguel Jacq is a French-Australian writer. He lives in Melbourne, Australia where he runs an I.T business.
His poetry (and occasionally photography) has appeared both online and in print by The Blue Hour Press. Several of his haiku are to appear in Dagda Publishing’s upcoming anthology ‘Western Haiku: A Collection’.
His first full-length poetry collection, titled ‘Black Coat City’, was released in print and e-book in February 2013 (presumably the critical acclaim is drunk in a bar somewhere). It explores concepts of anxiety and identity within individuals and society as a whole.
Later in 2013, his follow-up collection ‘Magnetics’ should appear. Its theme is on the ‘interconnectedness (of) and attraction (between) things.’
On this website you can find more information about Miguel and keep up to date with his latest scratchings, which usually appear here first (and often don’t proceed much further).
